Withdrawal Policy

Review the school’s published withdrawal and transfer procedure.

Parents seeking to withdraw a student should complete the school’s prescribed process and settle applicable school dues before the Transfer Certificate is issued.

Withdrawal procedure

  1. Obtain and complete the prescribed School Leaving or withdrawal application from the school office or current authorised channel.
  2. The school’s published policy requires the application to carry the required parent signatures.
  3. Submit the completed form and complete clearance formalities.
  4. Settle applicable fees and dues, including any clearances required from Accounts, Class Teacher, Library, Sports or other concerned sections.
  5. The Transfer Certificate is issued or made available only after the school has completed the required checks.

Fee and clearance requirements

The legacy school policy states that fees are payable up to the applicable withdrawal period and that Transfer Certificates are not issued until school dues and required clearances are settled. Families should confirm the current fee rule with the school office before submitting a withdrawal request.

Collection of School Leaving / Transfer Certificate

The school’s published process indicates that certificates are collected by parents after processing. Processing time can vary, so parents should follow the current instructions provided by the school office.

Disciplinary or academic withdrawal

The legacy policy also refers to circumstances in which a student may be required to leave the school for disciplinary or repeated academic reasons. Any such decision must follow the school’s current approved rules and applicable CBSE/government provisions.
